Hello, I'm Max. 

I'm a proud Transgender man, speaker, consultant, activist and all-around "career queer". 

Everything I do is centred on creating positive narratives for Trans, non-binary and LGBTQ+ people.

I believe that the key to a world which not only includes LGBTQ+ identities, but celebrates them, is positive visibility and authentic storytelling.

Using my lived experience as a Queer and Trans person, my work as a content creator, marketer and strategist, I support and advise companies on their LGBTQ+ and Trans inclusion policies, programs and commitments.
